Position Available - Administration Assistant - Part Time - Hervey Bay Office

Summary
A boutique accounting firm in Hervey Bay, focused on being the leading firm in the area when it comes to client outcomes and customer service, is looking for an Administration Assistant. 

 

Duties/responsibilities

  • Reception duties

    • First client contact in the office ​

    • Answering phones 

    • Email monitoring and responding 

    • Collection and handling of incoming / outgoing mail 

    • Printing, scanning and binding 

  • Collating Tax Returns 

  • Assisting clients with ATO matters and application for new registrations

  • Corporate compliance/ASIC 

  • Applying/ordering of new entities (Company, Trust, SMSF)

  • Booking in compliance work

  • Supporting professional staff and the office manager 

Skills/experience

  • Committed, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

  • Very high level of organisational skills

  • Attention to detail a must

  • Friendly and personable communication

  • A positive and willing attitude
